FAQ Regarding Wedding Receptions

  • Room capacity is 160 or can be slightly bigger (220+/-) if using outdoor patio
  • Room rental fee is $4000, which includes plates, silverware and basic linens (black, white and cream)
  • No food or beverage minimum (with understanding that we will cater and all alcohol will be purchased through Ptarmigan)
  • Hotel accommodations nearby – Embassy Suites (free shuttle) and AmericInn
  • Receptions only, no wedding ceremonies
