Ptarmigan’s pro shop is dedicated to providing the best possible service for members and guests.  Mike Ball is the Head Golf Professional and oversees the entire operation including merchandising a full range of men’s and women’s clothing lines, running to completion an extensive tournament schedule for both Ptarmigan Men’s and Ladies Golf Associations (PMGA, PLGA), auditing and assisting with the (Colorado) GHIN handicap system, managing the Fore Tees tee time reservation system, and training and mentoring inside and outside service staff.

Among the little things that sometimes go unseen at other facilities, the Pro Shop provides shuttle service from the parking lot to the cart staging area, pyramids new range balls each day, stages member carts prior to member arrival, assist with member bag storage and club repair and, most importantly, providing a friendly and professional attitude when helping out member and guest.
