2012 Schedule of Fees

Regular Membership – Includes all privileges of the Club. This involves unlimited use of Ptarmigan’s highly rated 18-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course by Members and their families, private dining for Members and their guests, use of clubhouse, tennis courts and swimming facilities, with charge privileges in pro shop, bar, and restaurant.

Non-Transferable Membership – Includes all privileges of the Club. This involves unlimited use of Ptarmigan’s highly rated 18-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course by Members and their families, private dining for Members and their guests, use of clubhouse, tennis courts and swimming facilities, with charge privileges in pro shop, bar, and restaurant.
This membership is non-transferable.

Jr. Membership – Includes all privileges of the Club.  This involves unlimited use of Ptarmigan’s highly rated 18-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course by Members and their families, private dining for Members and their guests, use of clubhouse, tennis courts and swimming facilities, with charge privileges in pro shop, bar and restaurant.

Corporate Membership – Includes all privileges of the Club.  Corporation to designate up to three Members.  Each designated Member and his/her family shall enjoy all privileges of a Full Ptarmigan Membership. This involves unlimited use of Ptarmigan’s highly rated 18-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course by Members and their families, private dining for Members and their guests, use of clubhouse, tennis courts and swimming facilities, with charge privileges in pro shop, bar, and restaurant.  A substitute designee may be named once each year, subject to a $1,000.00 transfer fee.  Each designee is subject to approval by the Club.  The Corporate Membership is non-transferable.

Social Membership – Social Members and their families are entitled to the use of tennis courts and swimming pool, private dining for Members and their guests, with charge privileges in the bar and restaurant. The Social Membership is non-transferable, but may be upgraded to Full Member status. Details are provided upon request.

Initiation Fee:  $7,500.00
Dues:  $350.00 per month *
Food Minimum:  $300.00 Semi-annually/$50.00 Month

Non-Transferable Membership
Initiation Fee:  $5,000.00

Dues:  $350.00 per month*
Food Minimum:  $300.00 Semi-annually/$50.00 Month

Jr. Membership
Initiation Fee:  $4,000.00*
*$2,000.00 down and payments of $100 per month for 20 months
Dues: $250.00 per month until Jr. Member reaches 35 years of age,
at which time dues increase to $350.00 per month*.
Food Minimum:  $300.00 Semi-annually/$50.00 Month

Corporate Membership
Initiation:  $5,000.00 (one designee)
Initiation:  $9,000.00 (two designees)
Initiation: $12,000.00 (three designees)
Dues:  $350.00 per month, per designee *
Food Minimum:  $300 Semi-annually/$50.00 Month

Social Membership
Initiation Fee:  $1,000.00
Dues:  $100.00 per month *
Food Minimum:  $300.00 Semi-annually/$50.00 Month

*Dues subject to change.  In addition, any “snowbird” discounts to dues have been discontinued, with those currently receiving discounts grandfathered in
